Using this website

These terms cover your use of the Mekky Studios website, operated by Muhammed Mekky. Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use it.

What the studio does

Mekky is an independent artist, strategist and builder. This website introduces our design, digital development, automation, consulting and learning work, shares selected projects, and provides ways to start a conversation.

A website description is not a project agreement. Scope, deliverables, timing, fees, ownership, cancellation and refund arrangements for paid work must be agreed separately in writing before the engagement.

Enquiries, bookings and payments

Sending an enquiry or requesting a conversation does not, by itself, create a paid engagement or reserve delivery capacity. Review the details shown when booking and any separate agreement before committing.

If a third-party booking or payment service is used, its own terms also apply. These website terms do not create a blanket cancellation fee or remove any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ideas, guidance and results

Articles, workshops and conversations share general information and experience. They are not a substitute for qualified legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Examples and project results describe particular work, not a promise of the same outcome for every visitor or client. Outcomes depend on the problem, context, execution and factors beyond the studio’s control.

Creative work and intellectual property

Website writing, designs, photographs, videos and code belong to their respective rights holders. Showing a client project does not transfer the client’s brand or other intellectual property to us or to a visitor.

You may view and share links to the website. Reproducing, reselling or republishing protected work requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where the law permits otherwise. Ownership and licences for commissioned deliverables are determined by the applicable written project agreement.

Responsible use

Please do not use the website to:

• Attempt unauthorised access, exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt the service.
• Submit fraudulent, unlawful or harmful material.
• Copy or reuse work in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
• Misrepresent a relationship with the studio or any featured client.

Information you share

Please send only information you are entitled to share and avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through a general enquiry.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Additional confidentiality obligations for a project may be agreed in writing.

Links may take you to independent websites or services. Their content, availability, terms and privacy practices are their responsibility.

We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will always be current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without additional warranties. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
